Highlights of Lucy's 1st B-Day Party

It was a much cooler day for Lucy's 1st b-day party than what it was one year ago to the day!! I remember Carter coming to the hospital to meet his lil' sis in shorts and a t-shirt!! 4/2 it was cold! We had heaters going in the garage but managed to have a GREAT time! Hard to believe Lucy has made it through her first year...time does fly when you are having fun! We are so blessed to have this energetic, loving little girl in our life!
Lucy enjoyed her 2nd bite of cupcake. Yes...the first bite didn't go over so well. I think Lucy was a little intimidated by all of the people singing to her and all of the attention she was getting...well, we'll say that anyways. :) She SCREAMED and only had one bite of her cupcake!! Quite comical and definitely not what we were expecting! Later that night at dinner we got the "first bite of cake" reaction we were expecting! She LOVED the cake!!! :)
