Holiday Parade

We made it back just in time to scarf down a quick bite of food and then we were off again to the Holiday Parade! The kiddos made out like bandits in the candy department! I was having some camera setting issues but still wanted to include the group shot!!! It was a great one despite it being a bit blurred. :( Baldry's...there goes the camera coveting again. :) After the parade we headed back to the Baldry's to celebrate Hannah's THIRD birthday! Yummy homemade cupcakes from Miss Jolyn and more time with great friends! What an awesome ending to a fun-filled day!

 

 

 

 

Train Fest 2010

We loaded up the wagon and off we went to the Milwaukee Train Fest! We met Grandma and Papa Carter there and enjoyed the day with them. Carter and Papa were in heaven with all the trains! I'm not sure who enjoys them more, Papa or Carter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She Stands!

Apparently the dreaming of M&M's and Tootsie Rolls gave Lucy some motivation to get those legs working for 2011 Halloween! She has been working up her leg strength and can stand when she's holding onto something! Not for too long but it's a start!

*Update...on Friday, November 12th Lucy started crawling!!! :) A few steps at a time, tonight she made it across the rug! And we're off!

 

 

 

Trick or Treat

The whole gang got together and enjoyed a beautiful fall day of Trick or Treating! We did the "big loop" and filled our pumpkins full of chocolate and sugar...ahhh, what a day! Lucy stayed at home with daddy and had dreams of M&M's and tootsie rolls...next year she'll enjoy the fun! ;)

 

 

 

 

Woody's Roundup

Toy Story was the theme of the Flack household for Halloween this year! Jonathan was Woody, I was Jessie, Carter was Buzz Lightyear and Lil Lucy was an Alien. She wasn't too fond of the hat that Grandma worked SO hard to make for her but when we did have it on for a few seconds...she looked adorable! :)

Halloween Eve we headed over to the Baldry's house for their annual Boo Bash. It was Carter's first time making a carmel apple!

 

 

 

 

UWW Homecoming

Our annual UWW Homecoming tradition continued again this year. It was Lucy's first homecoming so we couldn't miss it! She really enjoyed the parade until the fire trucks came through with their sirens! We had a great time, as always, with the Wegner's and can't wait to see them again...definitely again before October 2011! :)

Lovin Huggin Siblings...

First of all, it 's been a long month so I've got lots to report! Carter and Lucy have both suffered from ear infections. Poor Carter had his worst one yet, it has taken about a month to finally clear up. Now hoping we stay healty enough before his surgery...yes, that's right. :( Third set of tubes and adenoids out this time...will be going in soon so it will be a fun Thanksgiving for us! We've been through the tubes and know that it is a piece of cake but the adenoids will be a different story. Doc will assess tonsils once he's in there so hopefully we won't have to worry about him taking those too. Fun stuff going on at the Flack household!

Despite the fevers, runny noses, and lots and lots of tears we've manage to have some laughs and smiles along the way. Here are a few cute shots of the love shared between Carter and Lucy.
