Paging Dr. Carter

Carter has gone with us to 2 of my OB appointments...today we actually remembered the camera! Good thing too - Carter was able to see the baby on the "tv" as he kept calling it. Our Doc is SOOOO wonderful with Carter and Carter just adores her too...we think it might have something to do with lots and lots of Thomas stickers that he receives after each visit. :) For those of you who haven't heard...I'm measuring quite a bit smaller with this one so I've had a few more ultrasounds than what I did with Carter...which equals MORE PICTURES of Baby Flack #2 for the baby book. :) Tuesday is the start of week 35 and I'm measuring about 5 weeks off so I guess that means we've got a dainty little girl in there! :) Our neighborhood could use another girl since the boys outnumber the girls 5 to 1!!! Throughout all of these U/S we've been able to keep the sex hidden so that's good. I've got another one scheduled for Thursday. Doc did a quick scan today in the office to make sure my fluids were looking ok, breathing, etc. From what she could see all looked well but wants the official check from the hospital. He LOVED playing with the curtain in the room! Peek-A-Boo!

Once again...the heart is right in the middle...girl or boy? :)

 

Doc M. was SOOO cute about showing Carter everything that was on the "TV." He is just fascinated with her!! Hope we've got a future doctor on our hands!!! Carter took one look at the baby on TV and said "Hi Baby, you are on TV!"

 

Jonathan's Peak

Last Tuesday we got a few more inches of snow. Daddy had the brilliant idea of constructing a sled hill on the side of our house. So while he was snow-blowing he started a pile and packed it into place. I invited Noah to come over and help me try it out. Daddy had to make a few modifications while we were sledding. We managed to get a few trips down the hill before dinner that night. Mommy was snapping the pics from the deck so they are a little dark...but hopefully you get the idea!! Since daddy has discovered his great idea he's going to keep adding to it with each snowfall we get...we could end up with a BIG hill before long!

 

 

 

 

Love-A-Saurus

Mommy went with me to school on Thursday for my Valentine's day party. We had so much fun! I got to bring cupcakes to share with my class and we decorated them with M&M's...my favorite! It was a lot of fun!

 

 

 

 

He's Here!!!

Got all you wondering if it was mommy who had delivered early...nope! Drake William Patterson was born this afternoon to mommy's friend, Amber and her hubby Jason. Click on the Patterson family blog to your right, and you can read all about his entrance into the world and see pictures!!
Congrats to Amber & Jason...your journey to this moment was a long one but totally worth it all in the end!! We are so excited for you and can't WAIT to meet him!!!!!!! You two are going to be great parents!!
