What's wrong with this picture?

Hey...isn't that MY highchair to use when I'm at Grandma & Grandpa's?? Miss Zoie decided to make herself at home. She kept a close eye on me from above while we were out on the porch!

While at Grandma's I got my first piano lesson! I think it will be a while before I make any music but I sure had fun playing my own tunes!

First REAL Hair Cut

Ohhh it was an emotional night at the Flack household on Friday night. Daddy (and Grandpa Carter) kept saying how much I looked like a hippie. Mommy didn't want to part with my curls in the back but she gave in and decided to cut the locks. I did ok at the beginning and then once I realized what was going on...I joined mommy with the tears!

After - I look like such a little boy now! It's a little shorter than what mommy wanted but it will grow back!

Simon's Baptism

September 12th: Simon's baptism
What a rainy day but it was wonderful to be a part of the service! Our family has been blessed with such a wonderful little nephew!!

Viewing life from a different angle...

So it's official...now I can face the front in my carseat. Daddy switched his car first. I was a little scared at first but once daddy got going I was in AWE with this new view of life!

Outside Fun!

Sunday after my party mommy and daddy decided to "lay low" and enjoy the day with me. Even though it was a little cool outside I still managed to have a good time! Daddy and I drove the blazer back into the garage after he was done cleaning it. I've had some practice driving the truck before...but never the big car! Oh it was so much fun! :) I squeeled with delight!

The Big Party!

Saturday was an AWESOME day! So many of my friends and family were there to help me share in the fun! I got so many wonderful gifts! I hope everyone had a great time! Thanks again to all of my friends/family who made the journey for the big party!

I was a little hesitant about the cake but once mommy broke it apart for me I dove right in. I wasn't too messy so mommy & daddy were thankful for that. I ate every last bite of that cupcake! It was sooooo good! Because it was my special day I had my own little cake and everyone else enjoyed a frog cake that mommy made.

I wasn't too excited about getting all cleaned up...Amy caught a great action shot!!

Here are some of my fun friends that came to help me celebrate!!

Mommy still has a LOT more pictures to go through and since it's getting late...she's going to stop for the night! For those of you who attended...keep sharing the pictures, we appreciate them dearly! As you know...my mommy LOVES her pictures! :)

U Dub Dub!

Mommy was going through some of my old clothes and hats to hand over to cousin Simon. She came across my UWW hat and mittens that Uncle Brandon & Auntie Kim gave me last fall when they were down for homecoming. Mommy wondered if they would still fit and we have a winner! I had such a fun time crawling around the house with my mittens and hat on! Mommy had to chase me down to get the mitts off!
I'll be ready 10/25 for UWW's homecoming!! This year I'll actually stay awake for the parade! Think we'll make it to the game this year B&K? :)

"Rugged" living

Daddy bought a second tent, which is much much smaller than our "family" tent that seems to fill our living room and then some. Of course, the night it arrived we had to set it up...again, in the living room. Mommy & daddy are going to try it out the first weekend in October. Yes, for those of you who know my mommy well know that she's not a big camper. She actually suggested that they go, which floored daddy and everyone else that knows we are camping that weekend.
Anyways, here are a few pictures of my enjoying crawling all over the tent to make sure it was Carter worthy...I think it will do
