Naperville Fun!
Mommy headed down to Naperville to visit the Reckamp family! She was dying to have some fun time with little baby Simon and of course her Sweet Pea, Colette! She had so much fun! Auntie Jennifer & mommy did a lot of shopping while they were together...of course, that's what they do best! :)

Future Chef Carter!
Mommy couldn't help but take this shot one night last week. I love helping mommy cook by taking out all of her Tupperware lids out of the drawer and anything else that is in my reach. Tonight she left the fridge door open to long and my curiosity got the best of me...plus it was time to eat and I wanted my peas!!
While The Mom Is Away...The Boys Will Play!
The weekend of July 10th mommy headed down to Bloomington to visit her friend, Amber, and do some serious scrapping that weekend with her scrapbooking friends! While she was busy slaving away on my album, daddy and I played and had a big time! Mommy had no worries while she was gone, she knew that I was in GREAT hands!!
We went for a few bike rides and I got to go swimming in my new pool! On Sunday before mommy came back daddy and I drove down to Rockford to go hiking with Grandpa Flack in Rockcut Park. I even got to meet Grandpa Flack's new puppies & help daddy walk them while on the trails! Oh were they cute!! I had such a big weekend and boy was I tired after all of that excitement!!
To top off the weekend...I started "cruising" so now I'm walking...just with a little assistance! I like to walk and hold on to the tables, chairs, and now with my little car that Grandma Carter bought for me. I'm such a big boy now! Slowly but surely we are getting there. My mommy keeps saying that I'll be walking before I get my 3rd tooth! The Carter Grandma's keep saying that means my teeth will be strong and healthy...let's hope so Grandma Carter, Great Grandma Carter & Aunt SueSue!

Rin Ten Ten
Ok, mommy couldn't think of anything clever that rhyms with ten...give me some good suggestions and we'll change this title! :) I'm 10 months now and I am moving and shaking! Daddy seems to think that I won't be "walking" anytime soon...I'll be "running" instead!!! I have two speeds right now, fast and faster!
