Camping...attempt #1

We headed out to Gov. Dodge back in August for Lucy's first camping trip. Only one word can describe the weather...HOT! We only ended up camping one night because the weather was so hot. Yes...mom wimped out and wanted to come home. Good thing too - that area of the state received 2-3" of rain in less than a few hours that next night. Yeah that would not have made for fun camping with two little ones!! :) The kids loved every minute of the trip! They hardly sat still long enough for me to get pictures!
