Fall Highlights

First Day of School

Carter LOVES going to his little school. Better late than never with pictures from the first day. :) Carter was lucky and got to be the first birthday boy of the school year on the first day!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Still here...

Saw an update on a friend's blog and thought I would write a quick note as well. We are still here. Carter had his tonsils out along with a tube...yes, only one due to a hole in his ear drum, on the 2nd of November. The following 10 days after were probably worse than when he was a newborn. Up every 2 hours at night screaming in pain...it was tough. Last Saturday night was finally the turning point for him. It's SO good to have our sweet Carter back...pain free! AND, he's sleeping much better now that his GIGANTIC tonsils are gone. He had kissing tonils, they were touching when he would lay down and swallow. Promising to start updating the blog more frequently come Jan 2012. I'll be at home full time then so I am hoping to have a bit more free time. Very blessed to have the opportunity to spend more time at home with the kids...thank you Jonathan. :)
Hope everyone has a GREAT Thanksgiving next week. There is so much to be thankful for...always remembering that!

Sweet Baby Katelyn!

Katelyn Marjorie Wegner arrived into this world on August 26th...the night the Brewers defeated the Cubbies at Miller Park! What a way to make her entrance into the world! I'm sure Brandon was watching the game in between pushes. :)
After our journey on the train we headed into Boo-town to meet the newest member to our UWW family! Kim and Brandon were doing great and Kim looked amazing! We loved all over that little girl! Lucy and Carter couldn't get enough of her! They were both so gentle with her...well, as gentle as Lucy can be. :) She LOVES her babies so Katelyn get ready for more lovin and cuddlin when we see you in a few weeks! Can't wait to see how much you've grown! And...Happy Birthday to Auntie Kim!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

North Freedom Train Ride!

Carter loved his birthday surprise train ride! The overall ride was an hour and both kids just sat and took in everything. After the ride was over we got to explore the train museum and walk the grounds. So much to see!!
