Lucy loves purses, shoes, phone and all of mommy's accessories! Lucy knows which drawers are hers on my jewlery armoire, has a little bin for all of her purses and knows how to use her phone. Watch out world!!

 

 

 

 

 

Fourth of July...full of fun!

The day started off with a local parade with Grandma & Papa! It was a long parade and we loved every minute of it! The night ended with a big celebration of fireworks!

Fort Half Finisher...Upright This Year!!!

We had a GREAT day yesterday! We cheered Jonathan on as he SUCCESSFULLY completed the 2nd annual Fort Half Marathon! Jonathan's goals for this year's race...to beat his time last year...and not "die" again! Last year's time: 1:54 (in his zombie state before passing at the finish line)...this year's time: 1:46! He rocked it!! He was 72nd out of 500+ runners and finished in the top 10 for his age category. We are so proud of you Jonathan...Happy Father's Day!

Jonathan had a goal for Carter to ride his "mongoose" bike before the end of the summer. Well...after tonight he has officially met that goal!! Carter has now moved into another phase of his life...sniff sniff. He's riding a two-wheeler w/out his training wheels. Sounds like the ol boot scoot will be retired and replaced with pedals! So proud of our big boy but yet sad to see him growing up so fast!! Here are a few shots along with the video proof! :) PS: We just returned from vacation so we'll have more pictures once I get them edited! I discovered a few new "features" that I had on my camera so I played a little with some scenery shots!!

Morning Cheer-io

Lucy has now joined the morning ritual of cartoons and Cheerios before we head off to school/daycare...depends on the morning! She LOVES to sit on the floor (Carter is up on the bed, she'll get there eventually) and eat her morning snack while watching cartoons. She's getting better at keeping them in the bowl but we still find cheerios on the floor from time to time...which Jonathan just loves. :)
